Kristin Denice – Broker
Kristin came to Puerto Rico from Rhode Island, first seasonally and full time since 2019 when she earned her Puerto Rico broker’s license. She has previous experience in the mortgage industry and knows the importance of building client relationships. Kristin is an excellent communicator who understands how to solve problems and get closings done.

Paul Borkowski – Broker
Paul is a Puerto Rico native who graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamon with a degree in Marketing. He joined Island West in 2022 and has brought youthful energy, higher level social media marketing and a fresh approach to our team while seeking as much experience and understanding from the more experienced agents and brokers in our office. Paul’s enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra step will take him far.

Justin has lived in Puerto Rico since 2009, coming here to raise his family. He has experience running his own company as well as with sales and business management, earning his Real Estate Broker’s license and joining the Island West Properties team in 2023. Kody is our newest agent at Island West Properties and while she may lack experience, she more than makes up for it with her knowledge of the area, having lived in Puerto Rico for over 20 years and becoming bilingual in the process. Prior to working as a real estate agent, Kody owned her own business, helping people with sustainable living solutions.
